supreme quality. We are the only company which produces all kinds and types
of mouse pads available on the market.
STANDARD MOUSEPADS - TYPE 1
It is our original solution, not produced by other manufacturers.
TYPE 1MP
Created in a process of hot pressing, a printed cardboard placed is placed
in-between colorless outer foil and anti-sliding base-foil . Such solution
allows excellent and precise movement of the mouseball thanks to knurled
surface and the accurate adhesion to the basis.
TYPE 1MS
The other version of this type of mousepads are these with overprint on the unclear side of the colorless, outer foil.
Thanks to that fact we acquire even thinner and more flexible mousepads.
Overprint in PANTONE or CMYK /raster/.
Standard sizes of type 1M mousepads: 240 x 190 mm, 225 x 225 mm, a circle
with a diameter of 220 or 200 mm.
DIE – CUT MOUSEPADS - TYPE 2
These mousepads come in the widest range of our offer and are produced in
such types:
TYPE 2GW - with full-color offset print /CMYK/ or overprint /raster,
Pantone/ on the unclear side of a hard, outer PCV foil with a 3mm base of
black sponge or Type 2PW with a 1,5mm base of foamed, anti-sliding foil.
TYPE 2PP - with full-color print /CMYK/ on a cardboard, cold-foiled
and glued on a 1,5 mm base of foamed, anti-sliding foil or TYPE 2PG with a
3mm base of black sponge.
TYPE 2GO - mousepads with a special "pocket" to insert any kind of
picture, with a offset print /CMYK/ or overprint /raster, Pantone/ on the
unclear side of the outer, hard PCV foil glued to a 3 mm base of black
sponge.
TYPE 2GU - "openable" mousepads with a place to insert any kind of
print (i.e. a picture, a calendar) under the outer foil connected with the
base only at one or two edges of the pad with a 3 mm base of black sponge or
TYPE 2PU with a 1,5 mm base of foamed, anti-sliding foil. The print is made
directly on the PCV foil unclear side with a full-color offset print /CMYK/
or with a overprint /raster/ PANTONE/.
Standard sizes of the type 2 mousepads: 235 x 185 mm, 220 mm x 220 mm, a
circle with a diameter of 193 mm or 215 mm and the 2GO TYPE pads:
230 mm x 203 mm.
WELDED MOUSEPADS – TYPE 3
These mousepads are created via edge welding the outer layer with the base.
They are made in 3 different types:
3W - with a full-color print on a die-cut paper between a hard 0,3 mm
PCV foil as an outer layer and a 1,5 mm base of foamed PCV foil. This
version allows usage of any kind of print on any kind of paper /including
photo-paper, ink-prints and laser prints/. There is a possibility of
creating single copies as well as large quantities in a short period of time.
3M - with a full-color print /CMYK/ on a paper placed between the
outer, colorless foil and colored foil hot-pressed as in standard mousepads.
The whole pad is welded on the edges with a 1,5 mm base of foamed PCV foil.
3WO - with a full-color print /CMYK/ or a overprint /raster, Pantone/
on the unclear side of a 0,3 mm hard PCV foil welded on the edges with a 1,5
mm base of foamed PCV foil.
Standard sizes of mousepads type 3: 240 x 190 mm, 225 x 225 mm or a circle
with a diameter of 220 or 200 mm.
LIQUID-FILLED MOUSEPADS - TYPE 4
Our liquid-filled mousepads differ much from those offered on the market. In
our mousepads the liquid and the floaters are placed in a separate "sack",
which is placed between the outer, hard PCV foil and a base of foamed foil are
welded on the edges. Such a solution guarantees safety even when the edge of
the pad is accidentally damaged. The floaters and the paper which is the
background can be a full-color print /CMYK/ or an overprint /PANTONE/.
Standard sizes of type 4 mousepads: 240 x 190 mm, 225 x 225 mm or a circle
with a diameter of 220 mm.
MOUSEPADS WITH GLUE "DOTS" - TYPE 5
Due to quite low cost of production at high quantities these mousepads are
an excellent promotion materials used as an insert in various magazines and
newspapers. The outer shape is created via die-cut. Type 5 mousepads are
made in two different versions:
TYPE 5W - ultra-thin, one-layer pad made of 0,3 hard PCV foil - offset
printed /CMYK/ or overprinted /PANTONE/ on the unclear side with
anti-sliding dots on the back.
TYPE 5P - instead of hard foil we use a cardboard printed in any
technique covered with a mat foil.
Standard sizes of type 5 mousepads: 220 x 190 mm, 225 x 185mm, 215 x 215 mm
or a circle with a diameter of 215 mm.
3D MOUSEPADS – TYPE 6
3D die-cut pads - the outer layer is a lens foil cooperating with the mouse's ball, printed on the unclear side. The final shape of the pad is created via die-cut.
By the way of preparing the print materials and the achieved visual effects
the type 6 mousepads are divided into the following versions:
3D - a picture divided into several independent layers gives the
impression of depth and space
FLIP - effect of changing one picture into another
ANIMATION - effect of smooth movement /a kind of a short movie/
MORPHING - smooth transformation of an object into another object
ZOOM - zooming in or out of an object
These mousepads are made in 4 types with various bases:
TYPE 6J - thin, 0,5 mm foamed foil
TYPE 6P - foamed foil 1,5 mm
TYPE 6G - black sponge 3 mm
TYPE 6 "DOTS" - with anti-sliding dots
Standard sizes of 3d die-cut mousepads type 6: 225 x 185 mm or a circle with
a 185 mm diameter.
TYPE 6PZ 3D welded pads cooperate with optic mouses via a 3D print placed
between a layer of a special PCV foil on the top and a 1,5 mm base of foamed
foil. The whole pad is welded on the edges.
Standard sizes of the Type 6 3d welded pads: 225 x 185 mm, 245 x 155 mm or
225 x 153 mm.
