We manufacture these in the same technologies as the mousepads and the desktops.

K1MP - print on a cardboard placed between a knurled foil and a 0,5 mm base of foamed foil. Edges welded.

K1MS - overprint on the unclear side of a knurled outer foil, the 1mm base made of foamed foil. Edges welded.

K2GM - print placed between knurled outer foil and colored foil glued to a sponge base. Die-cut edges.

K3W - print on a paper loosely placed between a 0,3mm hard PCV foil and a 1 mm foamed PCV foil as a base. Edges welded.

K3M - print on a cardboard placed between knurled outer foil and colored foil on a 1mm base of foamed foil. Edges welded.

K3WO - Offset print or overprint made directly on the unclear side of outer foil and welded on the edges with 1 mm of foamed foil.

K6J - print on a lens foil on a 0,5mm base of foamed foil.

K6P - print on a lens foil on a 1mm base of foamed foil.

K6G - print on a lens foil on a 3mm sponge base.

BREAKFAST MATS PS TYPE

These mats are manufactured by placing an offset printed /CMYK/ paper between a colorless and a colored foil under great pressure and heat. Thanks to this we get a smooth, shiny surface and a knurled base. This technology guarantees it’s being completely water- and food-resistant and easy to clean.
